Product Survey

I got chosen to participate in an adhesive survey. I filled out an online survey from Scrapbooking.com and from that was chosen. I got my first adhesive in the mail this week and have to use it exclusively for 7 days. Then a 2nd one will arrive to use for 7 days. What an excuse to scrapbook for 2 weeks!!! I fill out 2 small questionnaires and a survey at the end. They pay me $50 and $50 in scrapbook merchandise. Sounds good to me!!

I did these in a block style, where you crop your photos and fill the page with as many as you can. If you have leftover spaces, you fill those in with scrap papers of your choice. I had so many of Mom's 60th party that I would have had 6 -8 pages! So, by doing this I have these 2 plus 2 more of her guests.

Pages 159 & 160

I found these photos this week clipped to the page of one of my childhood albums. For some reason I had ripped the page apart and had not redone it. So, I had to put myself in the mindset of a beginner scrapper! It would look funny for me to have done them in the style I use today! So they are simple and bright!

We had pulled the album out to compare my baby photos to Emma, as we think she is looking more and more like Mommy!

Pages 157 & 158

I've repeated this basic layout several times now, as I like it so much. Just used different colors.

Pages 155 & 156

Pages 153 &154

the envelope is made of vellum, as is the rosebud. The journaling slips into the envelope and I'll cut a slit into the page protector, and you'll slide it out to read it.

The "I Love You" is Martin's card to me, not an actual decoration.

I don't usually do pages w/ 1 picture only, especially 2 pages together with 1 picture only. But on the rare occasion it is appropriate. And it turned out cute.

Photos are from Dec. but the actual hand/foot prints are from April. I didn't have a close up photo of her feet from this time, so I used the Walmart photo editing and zoomed in/cropped out the excess and just got her feet.

Page 144

I want this page to look... more special... more foofy... but I currently don't have the right bits & pcs. to finish it off. So I'll have to look around and try to find just the right something. That salmon type pink is hard to match.

Pages 142 & 143

I love these 2. Like the colors. The fuzzy brads...

Pages 140 & 141

I have had the pink print paper for way too many years! Finally found a way to use it that is not too obnoxious! My hubby loves these 2 pages, as does my Mom.

Pages 138 & 139

The vellum snowflakes are perfect for this page.

Pages 136 &137
